Rhubarb Cinnamon Cake

This is my first recipe for my ingredient of the month in January. It's the rhubarb and cinnamon cake from Stephanie Alexander's Kitchen Companion.

This is a really great, moist and fruity cake and I highly recommend it. It's been too hot to have it with a morning tea or coffee, but it's been great with a bit of ice cream for dessert.

  2. It was so good. It's a shame that it's all gone. I want to make it again, but next time, in cupcakes.
